Join us Thanksgiving morning for a fun race through Troy!

Time:

The sixth annual race will be held Thanksgiving morning (November 26) at 8:30 for the 1 mile fun run/walk and 9:00 for the 5k.  This is a wonderful time for a 5K and a 1 mile fun run in Michigan and a great way to start your Thanksgiving before the big feast! This is the only USATF certified 5k course in Michigan on Thanksgiving day.

Location:

The races will begin at Lutheran Church of the Master (3333 Coolidge) in Troy. The race will take place through the neighborhoods and roads of downtown Troy. The course is a mixture of roads and sidewalks.

Registration:

Registration Packet pickup for the race begins at 7:30 on Thanksgiving morning.  You can also pick up your packet the day before (Wednesday, November 25) between 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Lutheran Church of the Master (3333 Coolidge).  You can register for the race online here. You may also register at packet pickup or race day.

Charity Partners:

Since 2015 the Mighty Gobbler has donated over $30,000 to our community. Portions of proceeds from this year's race will be going to Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, and Micah 6 Community.  Canned good donations will be donated to Troy People Concerned,
